Richard “Rick” Allen Vickery, age 66 of West Van Lear, Kentucky passed away Sunday, December 15, 2019 at his residence. Born August 20, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of the late Gladys (Spencer) Vickery and Ralph Vickery.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 9:00pm Tuesday and prior to the service on Wednesday.
