Burl Lee Penix 61, of Tomahawk, Ky passed away at his home on Sunday, December 22, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Paintsville, KY on August 27, 1958 to Hazel Setser Penix of Tomahawk, Ky and the George Lee Penix.
Funeral services will be held at the Pack Bottom Church in Tomahawk, Ky on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 12:00pm with Lonnie Ratliff officiating. Burial will follow at the Wells Family Cemetery in Tomahawk, Ky. Friends may visit at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez on Wednesday from 6:00-9:00pm and on Thursday after 3:00pm at the Pack Bottom Church.
