David Ray Ratcliff, age 65, of Williamson, WV passed away on December 20, 2019 at his residence. He was born August 31, 1954 to the late James Ratcliff and Martha Nadine Ratcliff in Louisa, KY.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 beginning at 12 PM at the Webb Freewill Baptist Church. Russell Ray Prince and JT Sammons will officiate. Burial will follow in the Webb Cemetery.

Friends may visit at the church on Thursday beginning at 5 PM until time of services on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Crum Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expense.
