Hester Manns, 84, of Delbarton, WV departed this life on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at her home following a lingering illness. Born August 30, 1935 in Paintsville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Kennis and Nancy McCoy.
Funeral services will be held Sunday December 29, 2019 at 12:00 pm at the Hatfield Funeral Chapel at Toler, KY with Rev. Roger Ooten and Rev. Wayne Aubrey Runyon officiating. Burial will follow in the Estep Cemetery at Scarlet Road, Delbarton, WV with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6-9 P.M. Saturday evening at the funeral home.
