David Calloway Montgomery age 63 of Salyersville passed away on Saturday evening December 28, 2019 at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, Ky. He was born September 12, 1956 in Magoffin County to the late Calloway and Mollie Minix Montgomery.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.m. Thursday January 2, 2020 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with Manuel Minix officiating. Burial will follow in the Montgomery -Minx Cemetery at Right Hand Fork of Oakley. Friends may visit the funeral home after 6:00 P.M. Tuesday December 31, 2019 all day on Wednesday and any time prior to funeral services on Thursday.
