Earl D. Ousley, age 87, of Prestonsburg, KY, husband of Nancy Haywood Ousley, died Saturday, December 28, 2019 in the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. He was born October 5, 1932 in Prestonsburg, a son of the late Hargis and Alice Shepherd Ousley.

Funeral service for Earl D. Ousley will be conducted Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at 1 PM in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Rev. Chuck Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, visitation is after 6 PM Monday and all day Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home.
