James Earl Williams, 54, of Huddy, KY, passed away December 28, 2019, at Pikeville Medical Center surrounded by his family that loved him very much. James Earl was born August 17, 1965, at Pikeville, KY the son of Milton and Rosetta Blackburn Williams.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM Tuesday December 31, 2019, at Belfry High School Auditorium with Adam Akers and Mark Lowe officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery, Sidney, KY, with Belfry Volunteer Fire Department Firemen serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be after 6 PM Monday night December 30, 2019, at the Belfry High School Auditorium. R. E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry, KY, is serving the Williams family.
