Auditor Mike Harmon, Kentucky’s 47th Auditor of Public Accounts (APA), will officially be sworn in for his second term in office during Inauguration Ceremonies for Kentucky’s constitutional officers on Monday, January 6. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. in the Rotunda of the Kentucky State Capitol in Frankfort.
