Martin City Police Department is reporting that Patrolman Brad Stidham, arrested James B. Caudill age 42 of Muddy Branch Road, Wayland, KY on Thursday morning at approximately 12:20 AM.

The arrest occurred at Perry Distributions, Inc. located off of KY-80, after Martin City Police & Floyd County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to a complaint of a employee inside the business intoxicated.

Upon arrival at the scene police conducted an investigation, determining that this individual was under the influence. This individual was charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Caudill was lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
