Betty Laney, age 81 of Whitehouse, Kentucky passed away Friday, January 3, 2020 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Born March 29, 1938 in Lethcer County.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Monday, January 6, 2020 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville. Laverne Arnett will officiate. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 3:00pm to 9:00pm Sunday and anytime prior to the service on Monday.
