Brenda Carol Hall-Anderson age 66 of Prestonsburg formerly of Dry Creek passed away peacefully from this life on Saturday evening January 4th, 2020 at Mountain Manor in Paintsville after a brief illness. Brenda was born in Paintsville to the late Homer Hall and Avonelle Ousley Hall.
