Happy Chandler Patrick, age 84, of Leburn, KY, passed away Friday, January 3, 2020, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, KY.

He was born at Sandlick, KY on September 15, 1935 to Otis Patrick and Estie Caskey Patrick.

Funeral services for Happy Chandler Patrick will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Monday, January 6, 2020, at 1:00PM with Ricky Smith, Randall Short and Brent Smith officiating. 

Burial will follow at Mountain Memory Gardens, Hindman, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel Sunday evening after 5PM with additional services at 7PM.
