Esther Rouse age 79 of Long Fork passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the Landmark Nursing Home in Elkhorn City. She was born on March 24, 1940 to the late Kelly and Myrtle Burke Miller.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 20, 2020 with Morgan Chapman officiating. Visitation will be from 12:30-2:00PM. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery at Long Fork.
