Donetta Faye Staton, age 66 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. Donetta was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on February 8, 1953 the daughter of the late Phillip and Lennie Geneva Spears Ratliff.
