Phoebe D. Justice, age 60, of Pikeville, Ky. passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020, at her residence.  Phoebe was born in Grundy, Va. on May 6, 1959, to her parents the late Jesse Bishop and Yvonne Matney Bishop.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 1, 2020, 6:00 PM at the Lick Creek Holiness Church with services at 7:00 PM.

Funeral will be Sunday, February 2, 2020 at 1:00 PM at the Lick Creek Holiness Church with Rick Fuller and others officiating.

Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Shelbiana, KY.
