The Floyd County Community Center is reopening.
Floyd County Judge-Executive Robbie Williams, who took a lead in reopening the community center is proud to see the tax dollars going back into the community.
Williams and magistrates worked hard to bring the center back.
The center will have a kitchen, dining area, basketball court, and a computer space. Williams says the county has big plans for its future.
Officials say the center will offer a space for kids and community members to gather together and stay busy.
The centers grand opening will be next week, bringing in the Little League kids for a community gathering. The center plans on eventually offering a volleyball program and Williams is excited to see how it grows as the community support increases.
