Harold Stephens Jr., age 60, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2020 at his home in Neon, Ky.  He was born on the 10th, 25th, of 59.

Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Tuesday at 7p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Danny Quillen officiating.
