Tulessa Rochella Tackett Slone, 64 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at her residence. Tulessa was a caregiver and member of the Little Beaver Church of Christ. Tulessa was born April 7, 1955 at Pikeville, KY to the late Lester Tackett & Lois Hudson Tackett.
Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, Feb. 21 and from 8AM-10PM Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 2PM from the chapel with Frank Crum & Eddie Baker officiating. Burial will follow at the Ratliff-Childers Cemetery, Ashcamp, KY.
