Consolidated Baptist Church celebrated Black History Month on Sunday.

The church had City of Knoxville Councilwoman Amelia Parker as a guest speaker.

Parker spoke about her election campaign and what Black History Month means to her. 

Parker was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky but now serves on At Large Seat C in Knoxville.
