Three arrested in Martin on drug & warrant charges

On February 27, 2020 Martin City Police Chief Kenny D. Stidham was patrolling in the Martin area and received a complaint on 3 individuals in a Blue Pontiac for doing suspicious activity in the Martin McDonald’s parking lot at approximately 3:00PM. During the stop Martin City Chief of Police Kenny Stidham along with Floyd County District#2 Constable Gary Nelson found 3 baggies with a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine..

Arrested were the following:

The driver of the vehicle, 32 year old Justin D. Hall of Railway LN Lackey, KY was arrested and charged with: A) Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree, 1st Offense (METHAMPHETAMINE).

Patricia L. Hall of Snake Valley, Hueysville, KY age 37 was arrested on an outstanding Floyd County District Court Warrant Charging: FRAUD USE CREDIT CARD U/$500 W/6 MONTH PERIOD.

Randall L. Caudill of Tackett Hollow, Melvin, KY age 38 was arrested on two outstanding warrants out of Floyd County District & Circuit Court Charging: FAILURE TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT, FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, FAILURE OF OWNER TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INS/SEC, 2nd, OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE U/INFLUENCE ALC/DRUGS/ETC-2nd

This investigation is ongoing and more arrest could be forthcoming. The Martin City Police Department was assisted by the Floyd County District #2 Constables Office Gary Nelson.
