Ecie Moore age 94 formerly of Hi Hat wife of the late Leslie Moore passed away from this life on Sunday March 1st,2020 at Riverview Health Care in Prestonsburg. Ecie was born on March 5th, 1925 in Floyd County a daughter to the late Monroe Moore and Nannie Blankenship Moore.

Time and Place of Services: Wednesday March 4th, 2020 at 2pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Visitation: after 6pm Tuesday at the funeral home
