Shelby Stanley, 62, of Williamson, WV, passed away Monday March 9, 2020, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Shelby was born March 20, 1957, at Williamson, WV, to the late Bradley Parsley and Ressie Runyon Parsley.

Visitation will be from 5 – 9 PM Thursday March 12, 2020, at Acts 20:28 Church with special services at 7 PM with Paul Ray Davis officiating. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM Friday March 13, 2020, at Acts 20:28 Church with Eugene Preece officiating. Burial will follow at Cemetery Point, Sidney, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
