Diana Mann, 67 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the home of her brother. Diana was born April 11, 1952 at Pikeville, KY to the late Tucker Mullins & Ruth Maynor Mullins.

Services will be conducted at the Striffler-Hamby Funeral Home, Columbus, GA with burial to follow at the Park Hill Cemetery.
