Carmen Ramey, Jr., 70 of Dandridge, TN formerly of Elkhorn City was born on March 2, 1950 in Pikeville, KY to the late Carmen Ramey and Edna Breeding Ramey. Carmen passed away in the Morristown-Hamlen Hospital on Saturday, March 14, 2020.

Visitation will be from 6:00PM-10:00PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 11AM from the chapel with Edgar Sanders and others officiating. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery at Draffin, KY.
