As COVID-19 concerns spread across the region, health care workers across the region are hard at work.

For two local restaurants, their way of giving back and to see that those efforts are repaid by the community was to deliver lunches to healthcare workers at Highlands ARH on Monday.

In a Facebook post from the local tex-mex restauraunt they wrote,

“Made To Crave and Pig In A Poke making deliveries to our amazing healthcare workers today.. We truly appreciate your daily work, especially today and the days ahead of us during this pandemic..We are praying for our country, the world and specifically our healthcare workers.

Also, thank you for your continue support to your local businesses!”

Both restaurants are community staples of Prestonsburg and are always excited for a chance to help the community.
