James “Pango” Bailey age 61 of Royalton, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at his home. He was born June 21, 1958 in Modernville, Indiana to the late Amos and Lona Smith Bailey.

There will be a private graveside service for immediate family only on Friday, March 27, 2020 from the Nelson Allen Cemetery at Gunlock, Kentucky.

This is in accordance with the mandate issued by Governor Andy Beshear due to COVID 19.
