Paul Fraley, age 77, of Prestonsburg, KY, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at his residence. He was born August 15, 1942 in Prestonsburg, KY, a son of the late George Washington and Lyda Spradlin Fraley.

A private family funeral is scheduled with burial to follow in the Fraley Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY.
