Governor Beshear signed more than 35 bills this week, including certain restrictions on tobacco and vaping.

The restrictions include prohibiting the selling of tobacco, alternative nicotine and vaping products to people under 21.

The governor also signed legislation that makes the transportation cabinet the sole issuer of driving licenses including REAL IDs, and a bill that automatically expunges acquittals.
