Sandra Lee Mullins, age 73, of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Sunday April 5, 2020 at Pikeville Nursing and Rehabilitation. Sandra was born in Pikeville, Kentucky May 20, 1946, the daughter of the late Ervin and Lottie Catherine Jenetsky Mullins.

Miss. Mullins will have a private visitation and funeral service, with entombment to follow in the O. T. Hinton Mausoleum at Johnson Memorial Park in Pikeville, Kentucky.
