Martin City Police Department is reporting that: Officer Brad Stidham, arrested Larry A. Cole age 33 of Salyersville, KY early Tuesday morning April 14, 2020 at approximately 2:30AM. The arrest occurred at Grigsby Height’s Apartments in Martin, KY after police were dispatched to a possible domestic complaint. Upon arrival at the scene, Patrolman Brad Stidham, learned there had allegedly been an argument between a male and female subject. The female victim had been assaulted and police noted that the she had small cuts on both of her lips. Also found during a search of the residence were 2 small baggies of a white crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine and 2 glass pipes used to smoke methamphetamine.
