Pina Candice Howell age 70 wife of Daniel Howell of Banner passed away from this life on Monday April 27th, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center. Pina was born on January 24th, 1950 in Honaker to the late George Kidd and Margie Yate Kidd.

All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor’s request for COVID-19 restrictions.
