Deputies responded to a fight complaint involving a firearm in the Harold community. After arriving and during their investigation, deputies learned that one of the individuals involved, 49 year old Craig Triplett of Harold, had active outstanding warrants. Deputies then found Mr. Triplett in possession of over 400 prescription pills including Xanax, Oxycodone, and several others along with a handgun and a substantial amount of cash money. Deputies were assisted by their K9 “Drago”.

Triplett was taken to the Floyd co jail where he was charged with:
Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 1st degree, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree, Convicted Felon in possession of a Handgun along with other charges from the outstanding warrants.
