A human skull was found in the White House community of Johnson County on Sunday morning.

According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, the skull was discovered in a person’s driveway. The skull is believed to have been carried to that location by dogs.

Both the Johnson County and Grant County Sheriff’s Offices had their K9 Team conduct a search of the area.

The skull was then transported to Frankfort, where it will be examined for possible identification.
