When Martin City Police Chief Kenny D. Stidham, arrived he spoke to the Male Subject and later determined that that this individual was wanted on outstanding warrants out of Floyd,Clay & Boyle Counties.
1. Floyd Co Circuit Court Warrant Charging: Jerimiah D. Dunn age 25 of Martin, Ky charged with PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE) X2, CULTIVATING IN MARIJUANA (5 PLANTS OR MORE) 1ST OFFENSE.
2. Clay Co District Court Warrant Charging: Jerimiah D. Dunn age 25 of Martin, Ky FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE, SPEED 15MPH OVER (LIMITED ACCESS) (V) (X).
3. Boyle Co District Court Warrant Charging: Jerimiah D. Dunn age 25 of Martin, Ky CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANC TO ORDER.
This individual was arrested and lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
