A man was found dead on a driveway near Roanne Road just outside Salyersville on Saturday.

Kentucky State Police believed the man had been shot.

78-year-old Jerold Arnett from Salyersville was pronounced dead by the Magoffin County Deputy Coroner.

Kentucky State Police are still investigating. No arrests have been made so far.

An autopsy was performed and they are waiting to get the results.
