Emma Lorraine Lowe, age 57 of Debord, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Born April 13, 1963 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Russell Goble and Margie Harless Goble.

A private service will be held for the immediate family. Burial will be in the Goble Family Cemetery at Debord, Kentucky. B. Joe Hill will officiate. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in memory of Lorraine Lowe (www.stjude.org) or by calling the Phelps & Son Funeral Home @ (606)789-8989.
