Floyd County Sheriff’s Department Officials took to their Facebook page yesterday with this update:

Sheriff Hunt and deputies continue to seize more heroin and fentanyl coming into the county..

On Wednesday afternoon, deputies stopped a vehicle on RT 114 near the Mountain Arts Center. While interviewing the occupants of the vehicle, deputies became suspicious of them being involved in illegal activity. That suspicion led deputies to the discovery of nearly two and half ounces of heroin with fentanyl.

The two individuals arrested were: Timothy Florian, age 58 and Timothy Hall, age 51 both of Frankfort, KY. The two have been charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Heroin) and were lodged in the Floyd Co Jail.
