Janis LaVern Terry, age 65, of Emmalena, KY, passed away Friday, July 24, 2020, at Hazard Appalachian Reg. Med. Ct. in Hazard, KY.
She was born at Fort Wayne, IN on November 14, 1954 to LV Warner and Louise Collins Warner.

Funeral services for Janis LaVern Terry will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Monday, July 27, 2020 at 1:00PM with Laurel Fork United Baptist Ministers and others officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain Memory Gardens in Hindman, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel Saturday and Sunday evenings from 6PM to 9PM with additional services Sunday evening at 7PM.
