Paul E. Blair, age 74 of Meally, Kentucky passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

     Born September 30, 1945 in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Dexter and Bessie (Hitchcock) Blair.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Sunday, August 2, 2020 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memroail Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Saturday and until the time of service on Sunday. Kenny Pelphrey and Mitchell Spradlin will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
