The City of Prestonsburg Police Department are looking for the owner of this Kia Optima.

A suspect jumped out of it and stole a car parked at a local business. It has a busted right rear window and the sticker shown. It has an “Anarchist” A on the right of the Indiana license plate.

There is now a video of the entire theft and a picture of the individual who committed it.

Upon further review, the below pictured individual had a pistol in his hand at the time of the theft.
