Frank Smith age 84, of Prestonsburg, Ky. widower of Betty Louise Smith, died on August 31, 2020, at 1:35 am at The Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Ky. He was born June 27, 1936, as a son to Jim and Geneva Inmon Smith.

Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Kenny Speakes officiating.  Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, KY, visitation is from 2 p.m. until the time of service Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home.
