
During his update on Sunday, Nov. 29, Gov. Beshear reported 2,803 new cases of COVID-19. This bring’s Kentucky’s total cases to 176,925, with 146,693 of those cases being lab confirmed and 30,232 are probable.
Eleven new deaths were reported Sunday. Those reported lost to the virus include two men, ages 70 and 80, from Caldwell County; an 87-year-old woman from Fulton County; a 60-year-old woman from Hopkins County; a 61-year-old woman and a 90-year-old man from McCracken County; an 88-year-old man from McLean County; and four women, ages 61, 83, 93 and 93, from Warren County.
This makes a total of 1,896 Kentuckians lost to the virus; though 62 of those are probable and only 1,834 are lab confirmed.
Top counties with the most positive cases Sunday were: Jefferson, Fayette, Daviess, Hardin and Boone.
