Theda Gay Hackworth age 70 of Langley widow of the late Billy Joe Hackworth passed away from this life on Sunday January 24th, 2021 at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg. Theda was born on October 15th, 1950 in Printer to the late Harlie Conn and Polly Conn.

Visitation for Mrs. Hackworth will begin Monday January 25th after 6pm at the funeral home.
and all day Tuesday.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hackworth will be held on Wednesday January 27th, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home with James Robinson officiating, burial will follow at the Martin Cemetery in Martin, Kentucky.
