Jimmy Lee Taylor, 63 of Regina KY passed away Sunday January 25, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Born on September 7, 1957 to the late Hillard and Wealthy Stiltner Taylor.

Visitation will be held at the Bailey Funeral Home in Elkhorn City, KY from 6-10PM on Tuesday, January 26 and Wednesday January 27 with services nightly at 7PM. Funeral services will be held in the chapel on Thursday, January 28 beginning at 1:30PM with Ray Sayers, Plennie Gale Sawyers, and Rick Fuller officiating. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery in Shelbiana, KY.
