Roger Lee Hackworth, age 72, of Delaware, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Pataskala Oaks Care Center, Pataskala, Ohio.

Roger was born July 14, 1948 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Dewey and Mae Dotson Hackworth.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2021.
