Frances Crum Conley, age 69 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at her residence. She was born November 8, 1951 in Martin, Kentucky to the late Daniel & Polly Samons Crum. She was the wife of Robert Lee Conley.

Visitation will begin Monday, February 15, 2021 from 4pm -10pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Tuesday, February 16, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Daniel Crum Cemetery, Arkansas Creek, Martin, Kentucky
