Joyce Jean Whitaker, age 84, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at her residence in David, Kentucky.

She was born May 13, 1936 in David, Kentucky to the late Jay & Kitty Shepherd.

Visitation will begin Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Shepherd Cemetery, David, Kentucky
