June Smith 101 of Inez, KY passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021 at home. She was born on May 2, 1919 in Gilbert, Wv; she was the daughter of the late Oley Cook and Goldie (Davidson) Cook.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Inez Church of Christ on Coldwater Road.

Visitation will be conducted on Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021 starting at 10:00am with funeral services being conducted at 1:00pm at the Mullins Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery of Old Rt. 3, Rockcastle Road, Inez, KY.
