Sandra Janelle Howard Cremeans, age 82 of Dwale, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born March 31, 1938 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Kermit Russell & Elizabeth Lynch Howard.

Visitation will begin Friday, March 12, 2021 at 5pm at the funeral home
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Dr. Tim Searcy officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
