Janet Sue Frazier age 67 of Wayland passed away from this life on Friday March 12th, 2021 at Hazard ARH in Hazard. Janet was born on January 7th, 1954 to Liz Bailey Allen of Allen the late James R. Frasure, she was also the stepdaughter of Mr. Kenneth “Buzz” Allen. Janet was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend a member of Martin Church of Christ. Janet along with her mother is survived by her daughter: Cynthia Gibson of Wayland; granddaughter: Addison Barnett; her sister: Jennifer Compton of Martin; a half-brother: Kenny Allen of Allen; and a sister in-law: Nikki Frasure of Martin; Nephews: Quinton Foley of Martin, Kentucky & James Boyd of Lexington, Kentucky; Nieces: Nicole Akers of Martin, Kentucky & Lakin Ellis of Paducah, Kentucky. Along with her father and stepfather she is preceded in death by her son: Roger “Boo” Barnett; and two brothers: Johnny Frasure and Steven Ray Frasure.

Services for Ms. Frazier will be held on Thursday March 18th, 2021 at 1pm at Martin Church of Christ, Martin with Gary Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow after the services at The Gibson Family Cemetery in Raven, Kentucky

Visitation will be held after 6pm Wednesday at the church.
